We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Specialist to join our quality assurance team. As a Senior QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our brand asset management platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, identifying and resolving complex issues, and collaborating with the development team to deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, integration, and end-to-end testing
Identify and document software defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes
Automate repetitive testing tasks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Collaborate with the development team to review requirements, design specifications, and user stories
Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to the development team
Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
Mentor and train junior QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on web-based applications
Proficient in manual and automated testing techniques, including test case design, execution, and reporting
Hands-on experience with popular test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and CI/CD practices
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Experience in performance testing, security testing, and accessibility testing
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing
