We are seeking a motivated Junior Product Owner to join our product management team. As a Junior Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the development of our brand asset management platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our product aligns with the needs of our customers and delivers a best-in-class user experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, designers, and engineers, to gather and prioritize product requirements
Translate user needs and business goals into clear, actionable product backlog items
Work with the development team to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, to ensure effective product delivery
Monitor and analyze product usage metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
Communicate the product roadmap and progress to stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams
Assist in the development of product documentation, including user guides and release notes
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in product management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in the software or technology industry
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly solutions
Proficient in product management tools and techniques, such as user story mapping, wireframing, and product roadmapping
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to diverse stakeholders
Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management
Familiarity with brand asset management platforms or related software products is a plus
