We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our design team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our brand asset management platform. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs
Design and develop high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research, including usability testing and interviews, to gather insights and inform design decisions
Create and maintain design systems, including design patterns, UI components, and style guides
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
Continuously optimize and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative design culture
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, preferably in the software or technology industry
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
Excellent visual design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
Hands-on experience with conducting user research, including usability testing and interviews
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry
