If you find that BrandLife no longer meets your needs or you simply wish to cancel your subscription, this guide will walk you through the process of canceling your account. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible.

Important Considerations Before Canceling:

End of Billing Cycle: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for any unused time.

Data Retention: After cancelation, your data may be retained for a period as per our data retention policy. Ensure you back up any important information you wish to keep.

Step-by-Step Guide to Canceling Your Subscription

1. Log into Your BrandLife Account:

  - Go to the BrandLife website (www.brandlife.io).

  - Enter your email address and password to access your account.

2. Access Account Settings:

  - Click on your settings icon located in the bottom left corner of the dashboard.

  - From the dropdown menu, select “Account”.


3. Navigate to Delete Account

  - While on "Company Information" scroll down to "Delete Account"

  - Click "Delete Account"

4. Initiate Cancellation:

  - A pop-up will come up and ask you to type DELETE to confirm your cancellation.

Post-Cancelation Steps:

Backup Your Data: If you haven’t already, make sure to back up any important data or assets stored in BrandLife before your subscription ends.

Monitor Your Email: Keep an eye on your email for any notifications regarding the cancellation, especially if you provided feedback.
